03-07 Dodge Cummins Alternator Rebuild Kit

The most common problem with a Bosch alternator in the '03-'07 Dodge Cummins Turbo Diesel truck equipped with the 5.9L engine is that the brushes wear out. Without good brush-to-armature contact the electrical charge to the battery is weak and you'll find your truck has dim lights and a weak or dead battery.

Armature brushes
(2) bearings
